Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

daily financial transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting

across multiple entities. Ensure

completeness, accuracy, and quality

in all areas of accounting and reporting. Prepare

monthly journal entries , ensuring proper

revenue recognition

in accordance with

GAAP . Record and reconcile

daily cash receipts , investigating discrepancies as needed. Present

month-end financial reports

to stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

with a minimum of

3 years of experience . CPA, CPA Eligible, or Master's in Accounting is a plus . Strong understanding of

GAAP

and ability to execute

full-cycle accounting

duties. Advanced Excel skills

with strong analytical capabilities. Highly

detail-oriented and organized , able to

manage multiple priorities

in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills

with the ability to

adapt financial discussions

for non-accounting professionals. Experience with

Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and Concur

is a plus but not required.
