Job Details Optimize manufacturing processes by analyzing and improving production methods. Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with engineering, automation, and safety teams to drive process enhancements. Lead process safety initiatives and drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Apply heat and pressure dynamics, mass transfer, and material bonding principles. Provide technical expertise in automation, PLC/DCS control systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering 5+ years of experience in pressing operations, laminate manufacturing, or related industries. Strong knowledge of process automation, sensors, and industrial control systems. Expertise in root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma. Ability to collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED): Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience leading corrective & preventative action plans.
