We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role will be a permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our innovative and forward-thinking company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Designing and implementing process plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives. 2. Leveraging your expertise in FoxPro, Oracle, SQL, CAD, and ISO 9000 to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. 3. Developing and maintaining detailed workflow charts and diagrams to ensure production team compliance with client specifications. 4. Conducting process simulations, risk assessments, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) to mitigate risks and operational problems. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish performance standards and improve existing manufacturing procedures. 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, providing recommendations to senior management. 7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. 8. Providing training and technical support to team members to ensure adherence to new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Process Engineer role should possess the following:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Process Engineering or similar role within the Manufacturing industry. 3. Proficiency in FoxPro, Oracle, SQL, CAD, and ISO 9000. 4. Exceptional knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and process optimization techniques. 5. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 7. A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost reductions. 8. A strong commitment to health and safety regulations and quality standards. 9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
