LHH is working with a client in Seattle who’s seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join its legal team. The ideal candidates will have insurance defense experience.

Litigation Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA – on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee litigation cases from initiation to trial preparation
• Prepare pleadings and discovery materials
• Conduct investigations and interview witnesses and experts
• Examine, interpret, and organize legal documents
• Perform in-depth legal research
• Gather and assess relevant records
• Track and manage billable hours
• Experience with coverage matters is a plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Paralegal degree/certificate required
• Strong knowledge of state and federal civil rules
