Job Title: Project Specialist/Technical Support Specialist
Pay Range: $35/hr-$39/hr on W2 (DOE)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Technical Support Specialist will provide application maintenance support, focusing on Copperleaf configuration. Further the development and maintenance of ETLs, reports, dashboards, and more. This role requires strong technical skills in Java coding, SAS coding, Power BI, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain ETLs, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the technical lead to support the Copperleaf application.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Engage with end-users to understand and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain and update application documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize performance.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Proficiency in Java coding, SAS coding, Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with application maintenance and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
