Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Electronic Project Engineer to join our team in Owasso, Oklahoma. This role involves driving design modifications, repair development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, troubleshooting skills, and experience with aerospace compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design modifications and repairs for electronic components in compliance with industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to DO-254 and DO-160 standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic systems and components.
  • Conduct simulations to validate designs and ensure reliability and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and repair processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (minimum).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electronic design, repair development, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems.
  • Experience with simulation tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DO-254 and DO-160 standards is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
