POSITION: Payroll Manager

REPORTING: The Payroll Manager will work with client
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Payroll Manager will play a crucial role in helping our client achieve its payroll efficiency and accuracy objectives. With vast knowledge and experience of the Workday system, the Payroll Manager will suggest and recommend streamlined efficiencies and workflow processes for client as well as meet all payroll needs including answering employee and manager questions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively run payroll in Workday for 3,000 employees
- Energetically interact with client, employees and managers to provide concierge level service relating to Payroll
- Identify opportunities for improvement within Workday
- Work on-site at client office to seamlessly service and interact
- Highly-effective and responsive communication
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional communication skills including verbal and written

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 7 years of professional experience
- 5 plus years in related Payroll, HR and Accounting functions in Workday
