The ideal candidate would bring:
- Strong M&A focus at major law firm or PE fund (Tech exposure would be a plus)
- 4-10 years PQE
- Strong academic background (Ivy League would be a plus)
- J.D from accredited school
- Admitted to the California bar
- Previous international experience
In return, this client can offer:
- Strong salary range: $200,000 - $400,000 Fixed + Bonus + potential equity options
