This position helps to ensure that all project resources maintain compliance with contracts encompassing project safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability.nnESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSnnDevelop and Maintains project schedulesnnPlan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.nnForecasting manpower needs in conjunction and coordinating with the Project Team, General Superintendent and Division ManagernnMeets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsnnMonitors and reviews time sheets and daily reports as needednnManage and maintain professional relationships with vendors/subcontractors for the purpose of successful completion the field project(s)nnRepresents the company in project-related meetingsnnAttend jobsite walk-throughs weeklynnVerify correct drawings are distributed to fieldnnRespond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems by submitting notices to support the claimnnCoordinates with QA/QC, BIM, Prefab Designer, Prefab and WarehousennNON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSnnMaintain healthy working relationships with Clients, Customers, Estimators, preconstruction andnnIdentify better processesnnIdentify improvements that Increase safety, increase productivity, reduce cost, shorten schedules, and strengthen owner/Client relationshipsnnEstablish Project leadership goals, and identify future leaders for mentoring and additional trainingnnBuilds and maintains a positive Project Team attitudennREQUIREMENTSnnIn-depth knowledge of the industry and its current eventsnnTechnical competencies - understand software, hardware, networks,nnHigh initiative and ability to work well in a team environmentnnEffectively handle stressful situations and deadline pressuresnnKnowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminologynnStrong communication skillsnnDetail-orientednnMinimum (5) years’ Experience in a construction-related rolennCOMPUTER SKILLSnnMust demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)nnFamiliarity with AutoCAD, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs.nnFamiliarity with project management/document control software.nnFamiliarity with construction/financial software packages.nnREQUIRED ATTRIBUTESnnThe requirements listed below are representative of characteristics and demonstrated capabilities sought to perform this job successfully.nnMust demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment to company values.nnMust be self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.nnMust have excellent organizational, communication, strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.nnMust have high standards of quality with attention to detail.nnMust possess ability to manage and supervise personnel.nnMust build positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees, management, suppliers, and customers.nnLANGUAGE SKILLSnnMust have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customer, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors and suppliers, and other contractor organizations.nnPHYSICAL DEMANDSnnThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
