LHH is seeking senior HR candidates for an opening with one of our clients in the greater Baltimore area. This role will be responsible for supporting an employee group of ~300 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main HR consultant for assigned clients, providing leadership and integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with HR teams to deliver timely client solutions.
- Guide and coach on business, talent, and human capital management.
- Communicate effectively across HR and client groups.
- Build talent and leadership capabilities through training and development.
- Use data to drive change and improve retention, turnover, and talent management.
- Address employee relations issues fairly and equitably.
- Lead HR and Talent projects and stay updated on best practices.
- Follow the company's Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.
Qualifications:
- BA or Certification in HR, business, or related field.
- 6+ years of senior HRBP experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and change management.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategies.
