Sales Manager – (Confidential Company)

Location*: On-site in Monongahela, PA, 4 days/week

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Are you a proven leader with a passion for driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.



About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you’ll report to the Vice President of sales and take charge of managing and developing a team of sales representatives. This includes onboarding and training new hires, conducting performance reviews, and creating customized coaching plans to maximize individual and team success. You’ll also play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and shaping the strategic direction of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals and develop activity metrics.
  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of inbound sales leads to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Actively participate in hiring, training, and developing new sales representatives for the sales team.
  • Establish and monitor milestones for new hires to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
  • Provide industry-specific education and training to enhance team understanding of sales programs.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to build on strengths and address improvement areas.
  • Support sales representatives during client meetings (in-person/video) for strategic prospects and customers.
  • Identify and present new business opportunities, including entering new markets, launching new products, and forming potential business partnerships.
  • Develop execution plans for new initiatives and ongoing growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive commercial sales experience.
  • Proven ability to train and develop new employees using creative and tailored approaches.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives on achieving team and organizational objectives.
