Job Title : Data Science Analyst

Job Location : Bridgewater New Jersey 08807 (Hybrid 2-3 days on site)

Work Hours: 5-hour days/5 days a week (25 hours/week)

Job Description :

  • The Consumer Healthcare Data Science Analyst will be responsible for developing and producing timely and accurate sales and marketing reports for Eye Care, Vitamins, and Other Consumer Categories.
  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Teams with Analytics Requests.
  • Combining internal sales data with several syndicated sources (IRI, Online, IMS) to take ownership of the consumption and sales models utilized by key internal customers.
  • Provides analytical support and insights for the Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") such as consumption, market share, and evolution.
  • Analyze data to make insights and recommendations.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of customers and competition.
  • Working cross functionally as needed to assist in commercial support of Consumer Healthcare sales goals.
  • Developing a close working relationship with all functional stakeholders (Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Category Management, and Finance).
  • Mastering analytical techniques to support business inquires from top management.
  • Working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

  • A. or B.S. degree in Business or Data Science or equivalent.
  • 4-7 years of experience working in prior Consumer/OTC Sales Analyst Online Analyst, Panel, POS, Trade/Pricing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    Advanced experience in MS Excel required, Power Point, and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of IRI syndicated and panel data sources.
  • Strong mathematical, computer and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of; Databases: Power BI, SAS, SQL, Python, R, Circana. Candidate will be expected to develop into high-end functional analytical expertise.
