Director of Sales & Marketing

Full Time, On Site position (not remote)

Mon-Fri 8am-5p

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000/annual, BOE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Coordinate customer inquiries, RFQs, quoting activity, customer POs, sales and returns
• Manage company's social media and other marketing programs
• Originate customer communications via social media, blogs, web site landing pages, white papers, constant contact and other media
• Support, manage and recruit Manufacturer Reps
• Be current with technology impacting SEO and Lead generation
• Maintain data base of customers and prospects, order history, quotes, sales funnel and other traditional customer and sales reporting
• Develop and monitor sales budget and reporting results

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 8 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in Contract Manufacturing business
• Ability to read blueprint drawings for part specs
• General understanding of manufacturing process
• Excellent communication skills
