RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide support and troubleshooting of networked global enterprise systems.
- Maintain lifecycle of all networked global enterprise systems.
- Vulnerability and patch management of networked global enterprise systems.
- Work with End User Team providing escalation support when required.
- Promote Security best practices and assist in compliance audit activities.
- Assist in the delivery of infrastructure and IT service improvements.
- Deliver operational standards, processes, and documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:- Demonstrates growing ability to make independent decisions.

- Associated Degree or Higher Education Qualification.
- 4+ years of Windows systems administration.
- 4+ years of Linux systems administration.
- 4+ years of VMware host and virtual machine administration.
- 4+ years of Active Directory/LDAP administration.
- Experience with server and infrastructure vulnerability patch management.
- Experience management of SAN/NAS storage (HPE desirable).
- Experience of following Security and Compliance best practices.
- Experience working in an organization that follow operational best practices (e.g. ITIL) including asset management, incident management and change control.
- Demonstrates growing ability to make independent decisions.
- Contributes to measurable team and/or organizational objectives.
- Deal with moderately complex tasks and strategic challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management, planning and organizational skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:- Experience of Network Administration include managing various network devices (firewalls, switches)
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies (Azure and AWS)
- Experience with Ansible, PowerShell or other configuration management and automation tools.
- Working with a Kanban style project board, ideally Jira.
- Ability to conduct meetings and take minutes where required.
