Regional Manager Position Summary MyOrthodontist providers play a vital role on our team and must be a passionate, service-oriented team member who is committed to our core values, our brand principles and delivering superior clinical and customer service to our patients. Working in our offices located across North Carolina, MyOrthodontist offices use cutting-edge technology to lead the clinical treatment of patients to correct malocclusions anomalies and promote lifelong oral health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of supported orthodontic offices
- Directly support the Practice Administrators in their growth and development, helping them set goals and address operational opportunities within their supported office
- Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions
- Analyze business reporting and create recommendation/action to attainment of yearly budgetary and contribution goals, prioritizing supported practice performance issues to ensure issues impacting growth.
- Monitor the Score cards and tracking spreadsheets for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections
- Work with multiple Practice Administrators across a large region, coordinating in-practice visits and reviews.
- Responsible for hiring, training and coaching Practice Administrators.
- Oversee the initial operations of the newly supported orthodontic offices that the company acquires.
- Support the Practice Administrators with workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of each supported practice
- Provide reports and recommendations, as needed, to Leadership team on supported practices.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Completion of one of the following: at least five years of business management experience OR associate degree and not less than 3 years of business management experience OR Bachelor's degree and two years of business management experience
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to frequently travel with some overnight stays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
- Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build a comfortable and approachable relationship with patients
