ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Executive (AE) - located in California who will ensure the growth and profitability of their assigned territory through the acquisition of net new logos and the development of strong business relationships with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on generating new business, territory planning, pre-request for proposal prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present customized security solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasting.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the technology, security, or surveillance industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
