Inside Sales Manager

Jarrett Logistics is a third-party logistics company headquartered in Orrville, Ohio. Our clients come from a variety of industries (such as automotive, food, and aerospace - just to name a few) but the common denominator is that they ship something. We're here to coordinate the process between our clients (mostly large manufacturing companies or suppliers) and carriers. To accomplish all of this, our team not only set up shipments for our clients, but they troubleshoot, answer questions, and fix issues before they become larger problems. For a Inside Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:
  • Develop sales goals and objectives aligned with company targets and track progress while regularly communicating updates.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to maximize the potential of our inside sales team
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide recommendations to enhance sales strategies for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching and recognition to drive professional growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities
