Work Type : Onsite, Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Rotational Shift, Tuesdays & Fridays 8 am - 2 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification is required (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting
• One(+) year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• COVID-19 vaccination required
