Workforce Management?4. ?Safety and Compliance5. ?Process Improvement6. ?Equipment and Maintenance7. ?Inventory Management8. ?Reporting and MetricsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role,preferably within the insulated metal panel industry, polyurethane (PUR/PIR), or similar.• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certification is a plus.• Proficient in using ERP systems and production planning software.• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWorking Conditions:• Primarily a plant-floor role; exposure to loud noises, machinery, and occasionaltemperature fluctuations.• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.• Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed to meet production demands.If interested, please contact me on647-641-0406
