Take your ambitions to the next level As a senior advisor, talent management, you will be responsible for supporting the talent management leader to develop and operationalize the Alithya global talent management strategy to build and grow capabilities and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Human Capital team and global business leaders to ensure that Alithya’s talent management practices align with the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities Performance management: Manage the global Alithya annual performance management cycle and its processes by supporting the setting of performance standards and completion of performance evaluations through detailed project planning and incorporating feedback for continuous process improvement.
Talent reviews: Coordinate and support the ongoing talent review sessions and provide guidance and recommendations for employee development, succession planning, and retention of high potential talent.
Succession planning: Maintain succession plans to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
Employee engagement: Support, implement and follow up on the initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Human Capital strategic initiatives: Support and manage Human Capital and talent management initiatives and prepare and maintain project materials (e.g., project plan, strategy documents, etc.).
SharePoint/HCM Administrator: Be responsible for the overall administration of all talent management processes, tools and documentation.
Metrics and reporting: Track and analyze talent management metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry;
Proven ability to:
Build deep relationships and partnerships both cross-functionally and globally;
Maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
Lead and manage projects of various scales through detailed project planning, change management, and documentation;
Strong understanding of talent management practices;
Proficiency in using talent management systems and tools;
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Ability to:
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Manage time and deadlines effectively;
Actively listen and decipher complexity and ambiguity;
High emotional intelligence with an ability to manage confidential topics with discretion;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong team player.
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec as well as to read, understand and produce documentation.
