The Singing Frog Studio has been producing feature films and animated series in 2D, 3D and even virtual reality for over 15 years. Today, we are more than 70 artists and specialists involved in these enriching and ambitious productions.
To help the magic unfold and get animated, we need someone to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit more exceptional talent. We are looking for someone with a background in a creative or technology environment with a penchant for several other aspects of HR.
This search is part of a new project starting and of our continued growth while maintaining the desire to remain a human-sized and friendly company that cultivates a caring environment.
Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities will be : Ensure the talent acquisition for several creative, technical, contractual or permanent positions: intake calls, posting, headhunting, 1st interviews, salary negotiations and onboarding.
Select the best candidates through interviews, creative portfolios, demo-reels, previous acclaimed projects and, sometimes, with their resumes.
Maintain an active and versatile pool of candidates using our ATS/HIRS and other tools in place.
Work closely with the hiring managers and discuss recruiting needs and best strategies to recruit.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and nurture the studio culture by being the first point of contact during the recruitment process.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Create and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to attract new recruits.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives: super innovative attraction strategies, international mobility, workforce diversity, integration strategies, internal and external mobility, pay equity, training, etc.
Skills & Qualifications You must be as creative as our staff (!!)
Have 3 to 5 years experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in an industry like ours.
Have an excellent sense of priorities, be organized and know how to deal with ambiguity.
Knowledge of the basics of international recruitment.
Have studied in HR or in the field (valued asset).
Bilingual: French, English and have good written and oral communication skills.
