They have an excellent track record in completing complex projects in various cities, including St-Jerome and St-Hyacinthe, and other areas across the Greater Montreal Area.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 15+ years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years at the director level.
Industrial Expertise: Proven experience in managing industrial and institutional new-build construction projects is essential.
Leadership: Strong management skills with the ability to lead large teams and deliver results.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites in the Greater Montreal Area. Company covers travel-related expenses.

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of large-scale industrial and institutional construction projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project sites across the Greater Montreal Area.
Ensure that all projects meet the company’s standards for quality, budget, and timelines.
Lead project teams and provide mentorship to site managers and other senior staff.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project goals.
Drive innovation and improvements in project management processes and methodologies.
Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary of $175k+, depending on experience, and performance-based bonuses tied to business and project success.
