The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, engaging in direct business development, and maintaining key customer relationships. This role also involves ensuring operational excellence by adhering to relevant laws and company policies, supporting branch operations, and using performance data to meet operational objectives.
The RVP will be tasked with employee performance management and development, including creating business plans, setting individual goals, and conducting evaluations. Business planning is a key aspect of the role, requiring the analysis of market data to make informed decisions on staffing and spending, as well as the development of business proposals to support the overall strategy.
Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a post-secondary education, a minimum of 10 years' experience in people management, and a strong background in financial management with experience in P&L.
