The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for Western Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 8 branches across three provinces, with a primary focus on driving sales targets and fostering profitable growth. This role demands a dynamic leader who can develop and execute innovative sales strategies, engage in direct business development activities, and ensure operational excellence by adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The RVP will also be tasked with employee performance management and development, including creating annual business plans for branches, setting individual employee goals, and conducting evaluations to align with corporate strategy.
Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a post-secondary education, a minimum of 10 years' of experience in people management, and a strong background in distribution and/or sales environments. Experience in building products is a significant asset. The role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, experience in managing P&Ls, and excellent communication skills. The RVP will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of effective, positive, and productive communication with employees.
