The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead and oversee its financial strategy and operations, with a focus on driving performance and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a three-year financial plan to support the organization's expansion, particularly in the area of budgeting and reporting for strategic decision-making. This role also involves championing the selection and implementation of a new ERP system and acting as a strategic advisor to the leadership team to foster an environment of high growth. Key responsibilities for the CFO include:
Financial management, overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
