Job Title: Call Center Representative
Shift: Standard Workday
Location: East Syracuse, NY 13057
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
Pay Range: $18-19/hour
Description:
We are seeking a motivated, process-oriented individual to join our Call Center team. This role involves providing pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers, including product ordering, availability, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to homeowners and assist them in locating local service providers.
- Manage customer interactions via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and written correspondence.
- Assist consumers with troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity and remote access issues on our website or phone applications.
- Communicate customer-facing issues to management and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Actively participate in departmental excellence initiatives and agent certifications.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in a call center and troubleshooting
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and call center technology.
- Ability to handle 75-90 calls per day while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
