Job Title : Materials and Inventory Coordinator
Location : Arlington, TX
Working Hours : Fixed hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm with no overtime or shift work.
Overall Purpose :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Materials and Inventory Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee materials and inventory management functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient logistics.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Order Placement and Tracking : Manage the process of ordering materials and track their delivery to ensure timely receipt.
- Receiving, Stocking, Selecting, Packing, Shipping : Handle the physical aspects of inventory management, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, selecting items for orders, packing shipments, and coordinating outbound shipping.
- Supplier Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality standards and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinating Collection and Delivery of Company Supplies and Media : Facilitate the collection and delivery of company supplies and media as needed.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records related to productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
- Utilizing Mechanized Systems : Utilize various mechanized systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, cost tracking, and budget analysis.
- Inventory Security and Accountability : Ensure the security and accountability of inventory through thorough transaction documentation, procedure verification, and system review.
- Problem-Solving : Address problems of varying complexity and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

- Forklift Certification : Must be certified to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
