Title: Service Center Coordinator Location: Lakewood, CA, 90712 Role: 100% Onsite Duration: 12 Months Pay Range: $20 - $22 Responsibilities: - Perform shipping/receiving of domestic/international equipment and maintain accurate logs
- Create and update work tickets using the main application for task management
- Coordinate with shipping vendors and handle procurement activities for parts and equipment
- Track inventory using the Costpoint system and assist with yearly inventory audits
- Coordinate repairs and calibrations with vendors for test equipment
- Assist in tracking tasks, documenting costs for billing, and ensuring smooth operations of the service center
- Process bills for payment, greet customers, answer telephones, and handle mail sorting
- Prepare office correspondence, maintain project folders, and utilize MS Office software for data organization and reporting
Education Qualification: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certification or training in administrative support is a plus
Required Skills: - 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in handling administrative tasks in a corporate setting
