Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the car buying and selling process, conducting vehicle assessments, managing administrative duties, and creating service appointments. In this high-energy retail sales environment, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team to meet goals and handle a wide range of customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the car buying process
- Conduct vehicle assessments to ensure they meet quality standards
- Complete administrative duties such as maintaining transaction paperwork and managing repair orders
- Create service appointments and review repair order invoices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
