- The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, and answering customer inquiries via phone or correspondence in a timely manner.
- This role requires working within established guidelines and may involve tasks such as payroll processing, administrative support, or data coordination.
Responsibilities : -
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to address customer needs
- Utilize knowledge of operational or administrative processes to complete tasks efficiently
- Identify and implement solutions to non-standard problems
- Complete various operational or administrative assignments under limited supervision Communicate effectively with other departments and external organizations
Education Qualification : -
- High school education or equivalent
- Secondary education, vocational training, or on-the-job training may be required - No degree required
