Supply Chain Analyst
Position Responsibilities
- Deadline Management : Prioritize workload and manage sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Inventory Analysis : Analyze and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses to maintain optimal stocking levels and mitigate shortages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with international supply chain teams to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions.
- Data Review : Evaluate internal and external Excel data, identifying and communicating anomalies and opportunities.
- Report Preparation : Prepare reports on sales trends, inventory analysis, shortage risks, and customer fulfillment summaries.
- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and foster strong customer relationships.
- Order Fulfillment : Complete daily tasks for customer orders, including sales order placement, invoicing, shipping documentation, and customer portal ASNs.
- Inventory Audits : Conduct regular inventory counts and perform audits as needed.
- Risk Communication : Communicate perceived risks to leadership and work on strategic projects to mitigate them.
- Logistics Coordination : Ensure timely receipt of inventory to avoid service interruptions, including some tracking and tracing.

Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or demand planning.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
