Director of Client Services
We are seeking a senior leader to guide client strategy and communication and drive impactful brand initiatives within a dynamic marketing agency environment. This role is responsible for overseeing high level client relationships, shaping strategic plans, and ensuring the smooth execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, along with experience managing budgets and delivering insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate high-level brand strategies that align with client objectives and drive value.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing strategic direction and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns.
- Oversee account planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and seamless delivery.
- Manage account budgets and oversee financial alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify growth opportunities, ensuring a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within a marketing or agency setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
