COMPANY:
We seek a Senior Analytics Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and data architecture. This role focuses on integrating analytics into business processes, with expertise in ERP data (preferably SAP), data warehousing, modeling, and visualization. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are crucial for driving the adoption of scalable analytics solutions.
ROLE:
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, aligning with strategic goals.
- Lead the design and development of advanced data products for supply chain challenges.
- Manage the analytics product roadmap to support supply chain objectives.
- Work with data engineers, scientists, and product teams for seamless integration and deployment.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in for analytics initiatives.
- Integrate advanced analytics into key processes by partnering with process owners to prioritize and implement solutions.
- Stay current on data and analytics trends relevant to supply chain management.
QUALIFICATION:
- 10+ years of experience with analytics solutions (Snowflake, Tableau, ERP data, preferably SAP).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, data warehousing, modeling, and SQL.
- Proven ability to lead complex data product development and integrate analytics into business processes.
- Skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.
