Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in aligning human resource initiatives with the company’s broader objectives. This role involves partnering with leadership and employees to nurture strong workplace relationships, foster morale, and improve retention and productivity. You’ll provide guidance on hiring, onboarding, training, and development while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent.
  • Manage onboarding processes for seamless employee integration.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives, enhancing workforce capabilities.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and 401(k) programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and systems to meet company goals.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
