Mid-level estate planning attorney in need for the Naples office of a well-known law firm. The right candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and be barred to practice in Florida. This position focuses on the following responsibilities:

• Drafting a range of estate planning documents

• Advising clients on wealth transfer tax strategies and business succession strategies

• Advising fiduciaries in estate planning administration matters

• Reviewing and preparing federal estate gift and fiduciary income tax returns

• Direct client interaction
