Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various defense cases.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Advocate in court and during settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar admission.
• Proven experience in defense or plaintiff law; training will be provided for those transitioning from plaintiff practice.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
