LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service from PO through delivery as well as maintaining and monitoring departmental data. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Communicate with customers in regards to their inventory needs and proactively in regards to any potential service issues
- Manage inventory levels at multiple locations to ensure proper levels are maintained
- Work with local and remote teams to ensure smooth movement of materials throughout the whole process
- Create departmenal documation and reports including customer delivery data, forecasts and in inventory analysis
- Work cross-functionally to address any variances in data or address areas of opportunities
- Assist with phycial inventory process
- Create POs and Invoices
- Maintain ERP system
- Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- ERP experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excell Preferred
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of Supply Chain experience
