Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside property management and leasing teams to deliver top-notch service to our residents while meeting leasing targets. This position offers a great opportunity for growth within property management and a chance to impact our community positively.


Salary: $55,000 - $60,000, plus monthly/quarterly performance-based commissions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leasing and resident relations, including handling inquiries, lease agreements, and renewals with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist with budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring that property operations are aligned with company financial goals.
  • Maintain property records, manage resident accounts, and process payments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address property upkeep and resolve resident concerns promptly.
  • Lead tours of the property, highlighting amenities, features, and promoting a welcoming community.
  • Participate in planning and executing community events and engagement activities to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in leasing and/or property management (required).
  • Proven sales and leasing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to work within a budget and manage basic property finances.
  • A professional, energetic, and assertive attitude, with the ability to serve as a role model to team members.
  • Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in personal and professional actions.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage resident concerns, emergency situations, and property needs effectively.
  • Flexibility to substitute for any site position when necessary.
