LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a Re-Enrollment Project and assist patients and healthcare providers via inbound and outbound calls. As part of the tier 1 customer support group , you will help patients re-enroll in a pharmacy sponsorship program, which provides financial aid for expensive medications, including cancer treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls:
• Re-enroll patients in a pharmacy sponsorship program.
• Assist patients with general questions and requests.

• Administrative Tasks:
• Document call details and update internal systems.
• Utilize Salesforce and proprietary systems to manage patient information.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check, drug screen , and education check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
