Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and employees, while managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience, and assisting with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and Welcome Guests : Ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for all visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage Phone and Email Communications : Answer, screen, and forward calls and emails, resolving or escalating inquiries as needed.
- Visitor Management : Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Administrative Support : Assist with various office tasks, such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Inventory Management : Monitor and order office supplies as needed, coordinating with the Office Manager.
- Customer Service : Address client inquiries and resolve or escalate concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support Internal Teams : Provide administrative support to other departments as required, including document preparation and meeting arrangements.
Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
