About the client
An expanding architectural firm with multiple offices and projects across Canada is looking to hire a fully licensed Canadian architect, or near fully licensed Canadian Architect, to work in London Ontario. This is not a remote role. They require someone strong in Revit; experienced in mid-sized ($10-$100 million dollar) projects; long term care and senior homes, mixed use residential mid rise residential buildings, universities, community centers, dental or medical offices and labs.
What they are looking for
Master of Architecture credentials; experienced working in structured teams using Revit to produce and mark-up detailed drawings.
Someone fully licensed in Canada, or close to it, with a Revit portfolio of long-term care or senior homes or mid rise mixed used residential buildings over $10 million in valuation.
Someone that can relocate to Ontario with Project Architect and leadership skills.
Strong Revit skills and building code knowledge; experience across SD, DD, WD phases & construction administration (CA) duties.
Ability to produce or oversee a full set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive and consistent.
Excellent English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and project management software.
