Director of Corporate Accounts - Commercial Real Estate - Toronto Area A tenant-centered commercial real estate advisor of national accounts, whose purpose is to harness the collective influence of our clients, and bring power to the value they create. Our integrated service model provides the client with access to a multi-disciplinary team rendering the following services: Market Intelligence, Transaction Management, Legal Services, Project and Facility Management, Lease Administration and Audit, all working in harmony as a single coordinated unit.
Landmark is looking for a Director of Corporate Accounts to join our organization.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Corporate Accounts’ (“DCA”) primary role is to oversee real estate services provided by Landmark to its clients within a designated territory. The DCA coordinates and executes real estate transactions for corporate clients while overseeing Transaction Manager(s) that execute a high volume of real estate transactions. The DCA provides real estate recommendations and solutions to Landmark’s clients. They serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Landmark for account-specific matters.
Based in Toronto , the DCA, amongst other Landmark team members, is the face of Landmark to our clients across Canada.
Your Key Responsibilities
Negotiate real estate transactions for clients leased and owned properties (new leases, renewals, expansions, terminations, dispositions, acquisitions, etc.).
Safeguard and improve the added value provided by Landmark by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, landlords and real estate professionals in designated markets.
Ensure the accuracy of market intelligence provided to clients by monitoring local and national real estate market conditions and trends.
Communicate with Landmark team members, landlords, brokers, clients, governmental authorities and other real estate professionals as required, in view of answering questions, solving issues, and/or providing direction as required.
Physically meet with clients and Landmark team members to strengthen relationships and get a renewed and updated sense of client impressions, needs and objectives; some periodic travel is required.
Ensure timely and accurate billing of commissions/fees and review accounts regularly to ensure that no invoicing has been missed.
Ensure accurate reporting, both internally and externally.
Provide monthly and annual commission revenue projections for budgeting purposes.
Participate and contribute to other initiatives such as, special projects, new business presentations.
