Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Lead to oversee our customer service team, drive exceptional support, and ensure our operations run smoothly. This role is fully in-office, providing direct oversight and support for call center representatives. As a Call Center Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, meeting performance targets, and supporting a positive team culture.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Fully In-Office) | 3rd Saturday of each month 9a-12p
Hourly Rate: $21.50/hour
Type: Contract to Hire Role!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
  • Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to call center representatives to enhance their skills and customer service quality
  • Assist with handling escalated customer concerns and resolving complex inquiries
  • Track and report team metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices to enhance customer service efficiency
  • Coordinate training sessions and refreshers for new and existing team members
  • Collaborate with management to achieve department goals
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years proven experience in a call center environment, with leadership, or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and technology.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and basic reporting tools.
