Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves data entry, order processing, working with vendors, checking inventory, and handling customer inquiries via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, orders, and other relevant data into our system.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely supply of products.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock availability.
- Email Communication: Send and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing information as needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Customer Account Management: Handle customer accounts, including updating information, managing preferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with vendors and manage inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
