MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Production Manager while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company that has stamping and welding processes

• Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it’s effect on daily production

•Experience with: SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the daily production within the plant

• Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.

• Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention

• Ensures that everyone works in a safe manager

• Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework

• Working knowledge of IATF 16949
