We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from conception to completion . The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement project plans, outlining the scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information and collaboration.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to team.
- Ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time.
- Anticipate potential delays and implement strategies to keep the project on track.
- Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions.
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
Your experience & abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must be flexible and a team player.
