A well-established top 100 AM law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled attorney with either 3-6 years or 10-15 years of significant insurance defense experience to join its Global Insurance Department. This position requires a deep understanding of substantive litigation, including trial work, and strong legal writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex insurance defense matters.
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including trials.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years or 10-15 years of insurance defense experience.
- Proven trial and substantive litigation expertise.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Active membership in the Nevada Bar .
