Job Description

Job Title: Service CoordinatorJob Description

The Service Coordinator provides administrative and dispatching duties within the inspection department. Responsibilities include receiving service calls, coordinating work orders and agreements, dispatching technicians, coordinating lift rentals and subcontractors, and processing necessary paperwork. The role also involves maintaining logs, assisting with ordering materials, and handling collections for service and inspection billings.

Hard Skills

+ Dispatching/service coordinating experience within a services industry company (HVAC, home improvement, utilities, etc)

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office

+ Experience with Vista Viewpoint (a big plus)

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Leola, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Dress code: business casual (jeans okay).
