Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative
Location: Arlington, Virginia (Local candidates only for equipment pickup)
Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
2 Weeks Training - 9am-6pm (Monday- Friday)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be local to Arlington, Virginia, to facilitate the pickup of necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and call center software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
