This is our company ethos, but it’s our people’s too: Refresco is at the cutting edge of a fast-moving industry because we have passionate people pushing the boundaries of what’s best.nnStop and think: how would YOU put our drinks on every table?nnSummarynnThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance and repair of a wide variety of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment requiring a strong mechanical skills base to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems and PLC usage.nnEssential FunctionsnnEffectively complete preventive and proactive maintenance per the schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment.nnUtilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments.nnInitial responder when a line stops producing and assures that the appropriate mechanical help is on site to correct any problems quickly using electrical and/or mechanical skills.nnPrioritizes work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools and utility systems to minimize manufacturing downtime and completes all required paperwork and documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).nnRepair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary.nnObserve and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.nnOperate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.nnAnalyze test results, machine error messages or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.nnInspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards.nnSupport the facility’s food safety and food quality programs to assure compliance and achieve desired results.nnPerform other duties as required by supervisor.nnRequirementsnnEducation & Experience:nnThree (3) plus years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required.nnElectrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.nnCandidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment in order to be considered.nnPosition-Specific Skills:nnAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.nnDemonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.nnAbility to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).nnAbility to work flexible hours if needed.nnPhysical RequirementsnnMust be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds.nnMust be able to push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.nnMust be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.nnAbility to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.nnSuccessful completion of a post offer drug screen and background check required.nnA Career with RefresconnRefresco offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, which include:nnMedical/dental/vision insurancennLife insurancenn401(k) savings plan with company matchnnPaid holidays and vacationnnWell-being benefitsnnDiscount programsnnJoin Refresco TODAY and enjoy a rewarding CAREER!nnEqual Opportunity EmployernnRefresco is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
